What We Do

Labor and Birth Support

My Doula support offers ample phone, text, and email support. You will have prenatal appointments according to your customized package and needs. I will have the two weeks surrounding your due date reserved for you. Once active labor begins I will meet you at home or at the place of birth to provide continuous support to you and your partner (if applicable) throughout the labor and birth, and remain by your side for 2 hours after.

To ensure that you receive the best possible care for you and your newborn baby, I will stay in close contact with you after your birth to provide emotional and physical support, assist with breastfeeding, and answer any questions you may have. All of these services can be provided to you in the comfort of your home. Our goal is to stay connected with you for a healthy development.

Massage Therapy

I specialize in prenatal massage, and therapeutic massage. My clients come to me during all stages of their journey. Massage is a wonderful way to help align your body and prepare for pregnancy. It helps to relieve common aches and pains, lowers stress and blood pressure, and helps to prepare your body for birth. Clients often continue their care with me after giving birth in order to find a new balance in an unfamiliar body, to help regulate hormones, and find some peace and joy as they embark into parenthood.

As your Doula I will help you advocate for the birth you want without unnecessary medical interventions which can lead to a lower chance of having an unplanned cesarean birth.

Physical Support

I am trained to help you physically through painful labor. Some methods I use are massage, counter-pressure, and breathing and focusing tools.

Emotional and Mental Support

I will be with you and encouraging you through all of your thoughts, fears, emotions, and hormonal changes. Having a Doula can decrease the chances of a perinatal mood disorder.
